Well, still no answer.
Normally, when I pay for some product I get two year warranty.
Not the case here I guess.

Hello admins,
any thoughts on this please?
Several months passed already, I would like to continue to use the scale.
Can you manage to ship the module please?
I am open to any proposal.
Please respond.
Thank you,
Robert

So, I have contacted Juan and Pierre by mail like one month ago, but no answer so far.
I guess their email put my messages to spam folder..?
I will copy paste the content of the emails here, then can respond here. Nothing to hide there...
First one Sep. 27th:
Hello guys,
I have a problem with the electronics in the scale I guess.
I am unable to get Sigfox ID/PAK for the scale.
I have clicked the button several times, disconnected/connected battery (fresh), but still no go. Jumper in config position.
I am asking you to replace the electronics please.
Let me know please....
Second one Oct 20th
Hello,
I gave it another shot the other day.
The Sigfox module is not working, NO ID/PAK
Asking for replacement please.
Scale no.: 12778982
So, please respond with reasonable solution please.
Thank you,
Robert

Re: Sigfox provider (1 replies, posted in Technical)
OK, so I have an update regarding this.
The code is for suppliers own reference, all I need is ID/PAK numbers from the modem.
It should show, when I hit GET ID/PAK button in the scale config browser page .
Unfortunately, it is not showing for me. I have contacted Pierre regarding this, will have to wait for an answer I guess...

Hello,
my subscription to Sigfox you provided expired.
I have bought connectivity from a local supplier and they sent me a code to activate it (and probably identify with each use I guess)
It is alphanumerical code - fifteen numbers and characters.
Where do I put this code please?

Re: Measured weight oscillates up and down (3 replies, posted in Technical)
Hi,
it is most likely mechanical problem created during assembly.
I have been fighting this issue too.
I have finally found the problem, I took me like a week to solve it out.
I had to reassembly the scale, I remember.

Re: WEB Graph (6 replies, posted in General)
Not working on Linux Ubuntu, not working on Win10 Firefox, Chrome, IE11, Edge eighter.
Could you add a function to the Monitor to export the data please?
With the exported data we can load it up to any spreadsheet and work with it....
Regards,
Robert

Hello,
the zoom function in the monitor is not working anymore?
Tested with Firefox and Chrome.
Is it only me?

Re: How to reset the board (2 replies, posted in Technical)
Hello Michael,
I am not a developer of the scale, so take this as an advice only.
I did experience some troubles to load up the admin page too.
You can try to disconnect the battery from the board, wait 10 seconds and plug it back. Then try to access the admin page. Hit CTRL-F5 on your notebook if the page is not loading properly.
