Using 18650 Accu with solarpanel

Hi,
I had a new idea for modifing my scale.
Is it possible to replace the battery pack with one 18650 Accu (TrustFire 18650 Batterie 3,7 V 3400 mAh). It could be charged with a small solarpanel, but I don‘t know, if the accu gives enough energy.

What do you think about it?
